Out of the 4 seasons, fall is definitely my favorite. We’ve got the leaves changing color, nights getting cooler, and warm apple cider to sip.
Honestly, what’s not to love?
In addition to all the above and the most important, is obviously the fashion during fall time.
Dressing up in the fall is the best, because you get to experiment with layers and outerwear.
It’s no wonder that New York Fashion Week is held during the month of September, because the fashion is seriously the best.
I’m a sucker for some good street style pictures of attendees roaming the streets before and after the shows.
Maybe one day I’ll be photographing shows at New York Fashion Week.

I’ve said this many times but I’ll say it again, the right outerwear can turn an outfit into a look that’s good enough to pose in for Instagram.
During fall there’s always a ton of events to go to and activities to do with family, friends or significant others.
Does fall even happen if you don’t go visit pumpkin patches, stuff your face at Thanksgiving celebrations and attend holiday festivities? These are prime photo opportunities so you want to look as good and crisp as a honey crisp apple.
Right before the start of this semester, I styled and photographed three outfits that would be perfect for any fall afternoon, evening or night.
We photographed these looks at the McGovern Centennial Gardens in Houston and on the outdoor patio of Georges Bistro in Montrose.
My friend Taylor modeled the outfits and Houston didn’t fail to make us sweat bullets the entire time. It was so hot that we had to run through the sprinkles when they came on just to cool down for a bit.
