Every time I share an outfit with you guys, I feel kind of bad because a lot of my clothing is thrifted, so you can’t get the exact items, but I hope these looks serve as inspiration.
A few days before I landed in Los Angeles, it was going through a major heat wave with 100 degree weather.
Luckily by the time I got there it had lowered a bit but it was still pretty hot if you weren’t in the shade.
The main star of this outfit is definitely this yellow, green and black sleeveless jersey with Jamaica patched on the front.
I thrifted this cool piece in Washington and it was meant to be because it fits around my arms perfectly, so I don’t have to worry about any side boob.
My favorite part is definitely the color blocking and the fact that I can layer with it in the winter.
Five stars for me for bringing my black Adidas pants with yellow stripes, because they paired perfectly with this top.
The only pair of shoes I brought with me were my Dr. Martens so that’s what I paired with these, but a pair of all checkered Vans would be cool too.
For accessories, I added this black and white beaded choker necklace and gold round sunglasses from Urban Outfitters.
This is the kind of outfit I would wear for a day of errands or just chilling with friends for the day.
