As a fashion enthusiast, I love personal style and creating outfits so I’m happy to finally be able to bring this outfit of the day series back to keppford.com. My style is the same when it comes to being laid back and comfortable with a bit of grunge.
It’s summer here in Australia, but the weather is seriously so unpredictable which makes it fun to piece different looks together and since I have consistent income again I’m able to fill in the gaps in my wardrobe to truly put some real fits together.
The first one of the year I’m sharing with you is definitely perfect for a day of activities and walking around. The star of this outfit is these patchwork denim shorts that I got a while ago from Top Vintage in Houston. The pattern on these shorts are so unique that they’ll be in my closet forever.
Since the shorts are already taking all the attention, I decided to pair it with a plain white crop top from Brandy Melville. Oddly, I didn’t have any white crop tops in my closest and I’m in love with this one because it’s so soft and has nice weight to it.
Outfits aren’t truly complete without some outerwear and I’m that person whose always cold, so I threw on this green denim jacket from Urban Outfitters that I got on sale for $20. What a steal! I absolutely love the color and how high quality it feels.
I’m totally a sneaker girl, so I finished off this outfit with a classic pair of Reebok Club C vintage sneakers. I highly recommend them, because they’re comfortable and super cute. The green socks are from Unif and they’re so fun when you want to add a pop of color to an outfit.
